TCC PARKING AND TRAFFIC REGULATIONS

A copy of the TCC Parking and Traffic Regulations can be reviewed here: TCC Parking & Traffic Regulations Handbook . It is the responsibleness of all students, kinesthesia and staff to know and abide by these rules and regulations. Violations can consequence in issuance of a parking citation with fines of $20 for non-handicap parking infractions, and $100 for handicap parking violations.

Students

Cars parked in a student parking lot on main campus at TCC Parking at TCC is open and gratis in all student parking lots on main campus including the Parking Garage. All lots and the garage are handicap accessible. There are also special parking spaces for scooters and motorcycles. Parking is allowed in designated parking spaces only. There is no parking on grass, walkways or loading zones.

ALL PARKING AT TCC IS HEAD-IN PARKING ONLY.

Cycle racks are available near most buildings on campus.

Decal Information

Decals may be obtained from the TCC Police Department located in the Center Edifice (CB) second flooring or from the Cashier'due south Office located in the Student Marriage (SU) second flooring. There is no cost to obtain a parking decal. The decal is not required; still, our department recommends yous get one. The reason for this is if something happens to your vehicle it allows united states another method to identify your vehicle and go far contact with y'all.

Guests

In addition to the open student lots, guests are welcome to park in front end of the Hinson Assistants (AD) building for a maximum of two hours. Parking passes must be placed on the dash of the car in these spaces. Passes can be obtained at the Information Desk in the AD vestibule.

Faculty and Staff

Faculty and staff take access to the gated lots which are located in front of the Fine and Performing Arts Heart (FPAC), in front of the Technology and Professional person Programs (TPP) building, and near the Intramural Field. New faculty and staff may obtain access by contacting the TCC Police force Department. Parking is allowed in designated parking spaces just.No parking on grass, walkways or loading zones.

PARKING VIOLATION Entreatment HEARINGS Have BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL THE THREAT OF THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-xix) HAS ENDED AND CAMPUS ACTIVITIES RETURN TO NORMAL OPERATIONS. SUBMITTED APPEALS Volition Exist PLACED ON THE FIRST Available DOCKET.

Complete the appeals course to appeal a parking violation ticket. Note: appeals of parking tickets issued on the college campus must be filed inside ten (ten) days of the appointment the ticket was issued. Entreatment hearings are conducted on the third Midweek of each month at 10:00 a.m. Notification of the appeal decision will be mailed to the student'southward address in EagleNet.
